I was enjoying my bubble of five decades of happy, contented life, comfortably with my ever-evolving technology full-time tech job--until I hit my fifty.
What started as the love for content creation to capture my milestone with my 30 years of friendship on our golden trip, the reclaimed time from having grown-up sons, and wanting to travel more, gave me the idea of putting my passion and decades of experience in this business.

In my 20s

Personal
Landed my first tech consulting job based in the Philippines, working with clients all over the world.
Traveled to Thailand, Japan and US for work-was mostly out of the country every year.
Lost my Mom to cancer just 4 months before my wedding.
Moved to US after marriage, became a stay-at-home, and had my first child.
Struggled to find a job after 3 years of SAHM. No one wanted to hire a foreign graduate who had been out of the workforce for years.
Business
Business never crossed my mind.
LIFE LESSONS
When you're young, you just go with flow - living life with no worries.
Goals feel attainable when you put your heart and mind into them.
I realized life is fleeting after losing my mom, who was only 53 at that time.
Resilience, confidence, humility in starting from the bottom again to build my career.
In my 30s

Welcomed my second and youngest sons.
Rebuilt my career in web development, building IT solutions for major companies.
Took breaks along the way to prioritize my little ones.

Had our first crack at a brick-and-mortar business with the launch of Manila Mart, a Filipino grocery, back in 2003 in South Carolina.
LIFE LESSONS
Juggling motherhood and building a career was the toughest - but also the most rewarding chapter.
I would have never survived it without my incredibly supportive husband.

My boys are growing fast and becoming more independent.
I climbed the corporate ladder to a managerial position.
I love the constant learning in tech learning and mentoring young people at work.
I've learned to juggle motherhood and career like a pro.
I've started ticking off my travel bucket list and finally reaping what I've sown.

Closed our Manila Mart business due to a demanding schedule.

Time moves fast, and one day, you will miss the days your children were young.
